Vichy, 1930, Roger Broders
Roger Broders was one of the most prolific poster-artists of the 1930s. He brought the tourist poster to its summit, while working mainly for a single advertiser: the railway company Paris-Lyon-Méditerranée (PLM). With broad flat tints, a cubic stylisation and a palette of rich tones, he created genuine Art Deco masterpieces.
