After graduating in graphic arts in 1994, Olivier Fertel began his career in multimedia production, where he earned his stripes as an animator, screenwriter and project manager. He then collaborated with the world of children's publishing, for which he produced numerous encyclopedias. At the same time, the Nice Carnival called on him for 6 years to design drawings for floats. In 2011, he started making photomontages and worked for 10 years in advertising and communication. He then exhibited his personal work at the Sorbonne and held a dozen exhibitions in Paris, Bordeaux and Lacanau.
Passionate about cinema and music, he decided to devote himself to illustration in 2019. He first worked on his drawing with Indian ink and then made his digital coloring for the creation of alternative film posters and musical posters.
