Five Minutes, 1929, Anatoly Belsky

Anatoly Belsky studied at the Central Imperial School of Count Stroganov in Moscow, and in 1920 at the Vkhoutemas workshops set up by the People's Commissariat of Education.
He began his career as a stage decorator, notably with Altman and Lavinsky for Mayakovsky's 1921 play, Mystère-Bouffe. He quickly became one of the most gifted poster designers of the Russian avant-garde. His poster for the film Five Minutes with the close-up of the character supposed to represent the capitalist villain is quite exceptional.

Available in 2 ready-to-be-framed sizes:
40 x 50 cm and 70 x 100 cm
