James Bond, From Russia with Love, 1963, Boris Grinsson
From the 1930s to the 1970s, Boris Grinsson was, along with Roger Soubie, one of the world’s most prolific creators of movie posters. Originally from Russia, in 1920 he moved to Berlin where he had walk-on parts in several films and began his career as a poster artist. After being prosecuted for producing a caricature of Hitler, he emigrated to France in 1933.
