Assistant to the famous decorator Jacques-Emile Ruhlmann in the 1920s, Maurice Picaud produced this exceptional poster in 1927. Among the typical creators of Art Deco, he also designed the façade of the Folies Bergères, which depicts the Russian dancer, Lila Nikolska.
